The film

A frame story across two worlds.

A nine-year-old girl, far from home in Kolkata during Durga Puja, learns the ancient story of the goddess. Across the threshold of a sculptor’s studio, the streets of the festival open into the cosmic battlefield where Durga rides her lion to meet the buffalo-demon Mahishasura. A mythological action drama. Two worlds. One inheritance.
